So after a difficult border crossing and being rejected entry twice I made it into Panama.  In Panama spent some time walking around the city and went to the Panama Canal, then spent a wonderful 3 days relaxing on the San Blas Islands.  After the San Blas I flew to Puerto Olbadea in Panama for $90 and took a boat to Capurgana a small nice coastal town in Colombia.
